Michael Komla Kumah Nfodzo has over twenty years of working experience in data and internet industry. He has deep technical and managerial understanding of the industry. He is currently the IP/MPLS Operations Manager of Vodafone Ghana and has been in this role for over 11 years. Prior to his current position, he held various positions including the Lead Technical Engineer in the era of Ghana Telecom. As the Lead Technical Engineer, he led the deployment of several projects, including the nationwide WAN deployment for Barclays Bank (now Absa Bank) using the MPLS network technology.
Michael has a BSc Computer Science from KNUST and an EMBA (Marketing) from University of Ghana Business School (UGBS). He has also obtained several certificates in IP courses including Cisco training at Cisco Headquarters in San Jose, California.
Michael currently serves as a member of the GISPA Board of Directors, and also the chairman of the technical committee of the Board that oversees the operations of the Ghana Internet Exchange (GIX). His oversite over the operations of GIX (Ghana Internet Exchange Point) and the technical support team has increased response to queries from peers.
Michael has been a member of GISPA for over 15 years. And hopes to continue using his vast experience in the support of the association.

ING. ISAAC TEYE AYIKU (MGhIE) is a Communication Engineering solutions expert, with 12 years’ experience in the telecom industry, of which 7 years in Submarine Fibre Optic systems. He is currently the Technical Manager of ETG Integrated Services Limited (Dolphin) - wholesale Internet Service and Lease Circuit provider, globally headquartered in Dubai and locally in Dzorwulu, Accra.
He holds an MSc. in Communication Engineering from Napier University, Edinburgh-Scotland UK; and a BSc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from KNUST. He is currently enrolled with GIMPA and finalizing his thesis in Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) program. In his quest to maintain professional excellence, enhance his technical abilities and improve upon his skillset, Ing. Ayiku has undertaken a number of courses both locally and internationally. These include but not limited to course in Subsea Telecommunications, NOC Operations, Project Management, Internet Protocols, ITIL, Data Centre Infrastructure and Team Management.
He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering and a member of its Educational subcommittee. He is also a key committee member and plays a critical role in the ongoing formation of the Association of Submarine Cable Operations, Ghana. Prior to his engagement with Dolphin, he had worked with ADROK, a Scottish-UK based organization as a Research and Development Engineer, a role which has influenced him immensely, making him very analytical and critical of the effect of small changes. He has also worked with the erstwhile Expressotelecom, Ghana; as Head of Technical Support. He has worked with Regent University, Ghana as an Adjunct Lecturer; delivering practical and theoretical knowledge in communication engineering courses for over 5 years.

Mr. Emmanuel Kwarteng is the Country Manager and a Director at MainOne Ghana, an Equinix company with overall responsibility for the connectivity, Data Center and cloud businesses. He also served as the Head of Network for the Ghana and Francophone businesses with oversight responsibility for undersea cable build and expansion, customer solutions design and deployment, terrestrial fiber and radio infrastructure deployment and facility management.
Prior to joining MainOne, Emmanuel held various Executive Management portfolios at Broadband Home Ltd, a triple play service provider where he led the teams in the expansion drive of the company throughout Ghana for over 10 years. He sits on the board of the Ghana Internet service Providers Association and is a founding member of the Accra Internet Exchange Point (AIX) and the Ghana Internet Exchange Point (GIX) and led the expansion and growth of the exchange point for close to a decade. He also spent over 4 years at Vodafone Ghana (the then Ghana Telecom) where he was part of the first ADSL infrastructure deployment team and had a stint at EFD Induction in Freiburg Germany.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Ghana Business School.
He is a seasoned ICT & Engineering professional with over 19 years of experience across Europe and Africa.
