ING. ISAAC TEYE AYIKU (MGhIE) is a Communication Engineering solutions expert, with 12 years’ experience in the telecom industry, of which 7 years in Submarine Fibre Optic systems. He is currently the Technical Manager of ETG Integrated Services Limited (Dolphin) - wholesale Internet Service and Lease Circuit provider, globally headquartered in Dubai and locally in Dzorwulu, Accra.
He holds an MSc. in Communication Engineering from Napier University, Edinburgh-Scotland UK; and a BSc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from KNUST. He is currently enrolled with GIMPA and finalizing his thesis in Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) program. In his quest to maintain professional excellence, enhance his technical abilities and improve upon his skillset, Ing. Ayiku has undertaken a number of courses both locally and internationally. These include but not limited to course in Subsea Telecommunications, NOC Operations, Project Management, Internet Protocols, ITIL, Data Centre Infrastructure and Team Management.
He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering and a member of its Educational subcommittee. He is also a key committee member and plays a critical role in the ongoing formation of the Association of Submarine Cable Operations, Ghana. Prior to his engagement with Dolphin, he had worked with ADROK, a Scottish-UK based organization as a Research and Development Engineer, a role which has influenced him immensely, making him very analytical and critical of the effect of small changes. He has also worked with the erstwhile Expressotelecom, Ghana; as Head of Technical Support. He has worked with Regent University, Ghana as an Adjunct Lecturer; delivering practical and theoretical knowledge in communication engineering courses for over 5 years.

Emmanuel Kwarteng is Technology executive who turns market requirements into value enhancing solutions, with over 16 years’ diversified service experience in operations, marketing and commercial. Management of operations such as regulator engagements, vendor management, contract negotiations, industry association engagements, high capital project management, revenue assurance and business relationship management.
He hold a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Kumasi, an Executive MBA, from the University of Ghana Business School, and other professional certifications. He is proficient in developing strategies, planning, project control, Cyber security etc. Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Cudjoe-Seshie StephenBoard Member
Seshie-Cudjoe Stephen has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 14 years and is currently the Head of AirtelTigo’s Data Network team with responsibility for the IP transport and mobile packet core networks.
In his previous role, Stephen led the Transport and Transmission Planning team for Vodafone Ghana. In that capacity he drove key expansions and enhancements in IP transport, content caching, peering and IP transit relationships. Notable among his achievements are the delivery of a virtual landing station to northern Ghana that interconnects the sub-region to Ghana’s strategic subsea cable capabilities, the delivery of IP transport and security gateways for LTE (4G) services as well as the migration to end-to-end Ethernet for IP transit links over the SAT-3 subsea cable. He also served as Vodafone Ghana’s representative on the management committees (MC) for the SAT-3 and WACS subsea cable consortiums.
Stephen brings onboard solid technical and people management experience spanning network planning, deployment, operations as well as information security. He is a co-founder and current President for the Ghana chapter of the (ISC)2 - International Information System Security Certification Consortium, the body that runs the CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional program.
He holds an MBA in Engineering Management from Coventry University (UK) and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics Engineering (major: Computer) from Multimedia University (Malaysia). He also holds professional certifications in networking, security and project management.
